i think the sign that says "stop hurting yourself" can mean alot of things. one could be where you dont do your work and your just fooling around but your grade is lowering. And you are doing this to yourself because you refuse to pay attention and do your work. thats why its usually its your fault if your doing bad in class and you're failing.
